Pam is a super talented and amazing realtor. I swear, there is nothing that she cannot do in regards to real estate. I met with Pam on a Monday to give her my cottage listing. By Wednesday she had obtained professional photos and drone video. By Thursday it was listed, by Friday where the first showings and she had open houses set up for both Saturday and Sunday. However, by later on Friday, I had two cash offers over list price.
