Pam has been our agent and representative in four different transactions over the past decade. She knows the market and was extremely responsive and proactive while guiding us through the purchase or sale process. We would highly recommend Pam to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property in central New Jersey.

We have worked with Pam a few times and she is always great - professional and personable, and she knows the area. As she walks through the property, she makes suggestions for possible changes on the property and she always ensures that there are beautiful pictures with a strong description. In this case, we were selling a property that we thought would be difficult to sell. After only a few short weeks, we had a strong offer. We'd like to say thank you to Pam!

Pam has been my go to real estate agent since 2012, and has helped me buy and sell several homes over the last 12 years. She is the consummate professional and will always steer you in the right direction no matter the real estate hurdle. She also understands the market well. And with her guidance, my condo was under contract within a week at over asking price. She is honest and will keep your best interests in mind. I highly recommend her; she’s the best!

Pam helped me sell my ranch in 2012. The market was very slow in Ewing that year; however, Pam got my home sold near asking price within just a few months. With Pam I never had any anxiety about the process. She’s a great listener, answered questions quickly, and always offered sound advice. In 2015, I contacted Pam to help me buy a new home in the area and once again things went smoothly. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. I wouldn’t think of working with anyone else.

Pam Gillmett did an excellent job as our realtor. She represented the buyer and seller in this case and it always felt that we were treated with honesty and openness. After the sale we had many questions about local service personnel since we were new to the area, and Pam always responded with great recommendations. We will certainly work with Pam again.

Pam is a friendly and knowledgeable realtor. We have used her to buy/sell our last 3 homes. Her years of experience and extensive knowledge of the area and the real estate process is invaluable!

I have had the pleasure of using the services of Pam to both buy and to sell a house. She is a top notch real estate professional to whom I have also referred family members. She’s very knowledgeable, thorough and responsive. Yet she isn’t a high pressure sales person which I prefer and appreciate.
