We were initially looking for a 2nd home in the Petoskey area and reached out to 4 different realtors. We loved Pam's energy and her personalized approach (I was also amazed at her emailing us back no matter what day or time). She was also a true partner in trying to find that perfect place for us. After visiting a few properties and hearing our discussions about each place, she said to us, "I'm pretty sure Petoskey will not be the best fit for you. However, I think I have a place that will, but it is outside of where you were looking. Mind if we go check it out anyways?" And, she was right. We ended up in Indian River with a place that I actually like better than our main home in Ann Arbor. Btw: During the purchase process, there is always a chance of some snafus. And, because we bought during the COVID pandemic, there were a lot more hoops to jump through, especially with the financial institutions. Pam was a calming and helpful hand at navigating through those hoops. I highly recommend having Pam be your realtor -- you will not be sorry!
