Haley & Lynn worked their butt off to get our house sold! They were on the clock to sell our house & they did within the time frame needed! These two are the best at their craft!

Haley and Lynn are magic! They are professional and have so much experience and knowledge of the real estate market. They are great communicators and made the selling of our house easier and as stress free as selling a house can be. From helping schedule appointments with contractors or following up on showings, they were on it every step of that way. There is no one else I would recommend more if you are selling a house. And I forgot the marketing! Their marketing videos and views across social media platforms is above and beyond from what I have seen from others. We had a great experience all around.

The absolute best! Lynn and Haley have made our transactions so easy. They’re really passionate about what they do and care about their clients. I won’t stop recommending them!

The time came to sell our home and the first name that came to our mind was the Palmetto Elite Group as they have a reputation for being the best of the best. We set an appointment and both Haley Ebersole and Lynn Solon came to meet with us. They gave us spot on advice on what to do to get ready for the sale and set expectations. We performed everything they suggested in a short timeframe so we could put our house on the market. Their suggestion on price was perfect and we went on the market. At the time home sales in our area were averaging 100 days before going under contract. We were blessed to have two showings the first day and a ratified contract the next. Throughout the entire process Lynn and Haley stayed in constant communication. They were always available to answer questions, and their team brokered the deal. We couldn’t be happier. Great home buyers and great great agents. I don’t think things could be smoother. If I ever needed to sell a home again in Summerville I would go with the Palmetto Elite Group and specifically Lynn and Haley. They were so great to work with and really do have the elite selling skills and an eye for what works in real estate.

With the current housing market and the competitive incentives being offered by builders in our neighborhood, we truly felt it would be impossible to sell our home. Haley and Lynn made the impossible, possible! They were with us every step of the way, providing honest, knowledgeable guidance and advice throughout the entire process. Even though we were out of state while selling our home, we never once felt out of the loop. They kept us informed, answered every question, and made the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their responsiveness is unmatched. They truly go above and beyond for their clients. It’s clear that Haley and Lynn genuinely care about what’s best for the people they represent. We couldn’t have asked for a better team and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Haley and Lynn got it done for us from start to finish selling our home! No matter the time of day or how small of a question we had they were there to answer and made the process seem manageable even in stressful circumstance just from the process. We could not recommend them more!
