Olga has deep knowledge of the Monmouth County area. Along with drive, persistence and plesant demeanor she is an ideal agent and made my home selling process as stress free as possible. I would recommend Olga to my family and friends.

Olga was wonderful to work with in our house search. Our situation was a little more difficult, than usual. We were out of state buyers (California), and there were a lot of different laws and regulations. But, Olga came through with flying colors. She was very flexible and extremely organized in  our house search. Since we were not familiar with the area, she directed us toward Rumson. We couldn’t have chosen a better place. The location to the water, found us the most affordable house in the region. We are thrilled with the location and neighborhood. We highly recommend Olga, for her outstanding communication skills, knowledge and follow through.

Olga was absolutely amazing! She listened to everything we were looking for in a home. When we’re feeling discouraged and frustrated she assured us that she was not going to give up on finding us our dream home. And boy did she deliver! Our home is beyond anything we could’ve ever dreamed of. She  answered all of our questions quickly and was there every step of the way.

I had a great experience with Olga. She helped me with a complex deal involving many steps in a process where the property was being cleared for new construction. She was able to help with referrals for issues such as; steep slope building requirements, septic inspections as well as legal & title  referrals. With the help of Olga, the process went as smooth as possible and we closed on time. Olga is trustworthy and knowledgeable, I recommend her without hesitation.

I have worked with Olga Mackin on 2 separate real estate transactions as a buyer and a seller, most recently 2 months ago as a buyer. My experience with Olga was tremendous! She is professional knowledgeable, detail oriented and has excellent negotiation skills. She managed my expectations as  well as those of the seller's agent which resulted in a seamless transaction. I will continue to use Olga in all future real estate transactions and can recomend Olga without hesitation. If you are looking for a real estate agent who will be with you every step of your transaction including your closing then Olga Mackin is the real estate agent for you! Selecting Olga Mackin as your real estate agent will not be a mistake.

We cannot say enough about how happy we are with Olga's involvement in the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. As we began our journey, we met Olga at an Open House. We immediately knew she was the right realtor for us. She gave us great suggestions to prepare our home for  listing and was conscientious and creative in developing a marketing plan to sell it. She listened as we shared the type of home and the neighborhoods we were looking for. She was supportive, flexible and attentive to our needs. She gave us constant updates on comparable homes that sold nearby and potential homes we may want to consider purchasing. She made herself available when we wanted to look at homes, had questions, and negotiated both the sale and purchase of our homes. We are very happy in our new home and appreciate all Olga did to help us along our journey.

Olga was incredibly helpful navigating me through the process of purchasing my first home (townhouse). I was completely new to the process and having Olga on my side made the purchase very smooth. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and explaining everything.

Olga was absolutely fantastic. She understood our needs, personality, and expectations from the start. She was never pushy and worked at all times of the day and night to make the process went as smoothly as possible and that we achieved a fantastic end result. She made countless recommendations  along the way for local experts, something that is very helpful for out-of-towners looking to find the right people for the job in our area. I trusted Olga to always take care of any problems that arose, which she did on multiple occasions. I highly recommend Olga!

Olga is a consummate professional who was outstanding throughout the entire process. Truly a pleasure to work with. I would certainly recommend Olga to anyone buying in Monmouth County.
