Nikki did a wonderful job helping me to not only sell my house; but buy a new home as well. She was very professional and made the process very streamlined by recommending an excellent mortgage lender to purchase a new home; in addition to, contractors for getting my former house ready for showing.

Our experience with Nikki was nothing short of exceptional. Nikki possesses an impressive depth of knowledge in the real estate market. She took the time to understand our preferences, patiently guiding us through each step of the property purchase process. Nikki expertise was evident in her insightful advice, which helped us make informed decisions. Communication was seamless throughout our interactions. Nikki was prompt, responsive, and always available to address any concerns or queries, making us feel valued and prioritized. Nikki has been providing insight from buying our lot, selecting a builder, and in the building process. We would highly recommend Nikki and she has helped us find our dream property and she has exceeded our expectations in every aspect!

Nikki was referred to me by a good friend. I purchased my home remotely, from the other side of the U.S., without seeing my new home personally prior to purchasing. Nikki went above and beyond in making many, many trips to my new home, measuring, asking the builder questions, spotting items that needed to be fixed, etc. She was invaluable to me, making the huge move more manageable by sending me resources and informing me about the different Wilmington neighborhoods. She truly is a FULL-SERVICE agent and I couldn't recommend her more!

We told Nikki what we were looking for in a home and the general area of Wilmington we wanted to live in. By 6pm that night we were walking through the house we ended up purchasing. Nikki was with us from start to finish. She was fast to answer our questions or get a answer for us. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a realtor.

Nikki was great to work with! Really listened and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Also very helpful during the closing process and connecting me with the right people to help with remodel and design prior to move in. Thank you Nikki!

Working with Nikki was an awesome experience! We have been looking for a second home on our own for awhile with no success. Our wish list included several “have to have” amenities. Few properties have “everything”. In this fast paced real estate market, you have to move fast when you find a desirable listing or you lose your opportunity quickly. Nikki found the perfect property for us! We listened to her advice and moved fast. We landed our dream home! It has “everything” and more. This purchase would not have happened without Nikki’s help. Location, location, location! Thank you, Nikki. Dreams do come true!

My experience with Nikki Hawthorne has been 5 stars Plus! She is/ was always very pleasant and very professional. She works very hard and is always so prompt in responding. Both personally, and through business entity's I have bought and sold a lot of both commercial and residential property's. Nikki has certainly been one of the best experiences I have ever had with a relator. Nikki Hawthorne has always been straight forward, and I have always felt through our recent transaction that Nikki was really looking out for mine and my wife's interest. I must say , my experience with Nikki has proven her to be one of the best relators I have worked with over the last 25 years. Our experience was so good, that upon closing on the sale of our Wrightsville Dunes Condo, we are immediately signing the necessary agreements to have Nikki as our sole relator to help us find and buy a high end vacation home on Wrightsville Beach, or in the surrounding area. Thank you Nikki!

We worked with Nikki on a recent house we closed and we couldn't have been happier with the decision. Without Nikki, we wouldn't have closed our dream home. She knows the market well, understands how to negotiate effectively, and is overall a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
