My wife and I started searching for a home a few months ago and got in contact with Nikki after my mortgage company gave us her info. From the get-go she was quick to get back to us and help us start our search. Every house we wanted info on Nikki would get back to us very quickly with information on it and would schedule us a showing immediately. We were hoping to use a VA loan to acquire a house and there were quite a few that would not accept the VA loan; however, Nikki would reassure us that we would find the right one. When going to showings she would show up early and have all the information about the house like it was her own. She would walk through the house and help point out any defects that we may have missed and treated the showing as if she would be the one buying it. This was extremely helpful and reassuring as first time home buyers. She has a vast knowledge of the market and was extremely honest every step of the way. Even after viewing some houses that weren’t quite what we wanted, she was patient, understanding and was always very optimistic that she would help us get the one we really want. Nikki did not rush, or put any pressure on us to make a poor decision. Her experience really showed when we finally found the one for us. It is exactly the one we wanted, the wait did pay off. She emailed us over all documents that we needed to sign which was very simple and then she took care of everything else. In a time where houses are selling above market price she helped us get a great deal and utilized the VA loan. From start to finish Nikki went above and beyond for us in every way possible, we are so happy we had her there to secure our house.
