Nicolle is fantastic to work with. She really listens to the goal you have and helps you to achieve it. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home or property.
Nicolle was great to work with. She really helped us through the process, understood our wants for a home, and made the buying process much less stressful! Very happy to have had her recommended to us.

Nicole did a wonderful job helping us find a great home under a very tight timeline. We made the decision to move to the Madison area from Washington state just a few weeks before our son needed to start school here. We were fortunate that Nicole was able to work with us despite the distance and time zone difference, providing virtual showings until we were able to come to Madison for a week of intense house hunting. Throughout our experience, Nicole was patient, personable and professional, responding to our evolving priorities and our time constraints, and offering helpful guidance in narrowing down properties. We ended up with a great home that "checked everyone's boxes" in my family. Nicole not only helped us identify our home, but also lined up an inspector, and connected us with a great mortgage lender. Together, they made the homebuying process a pleasure. We recommend Nicole very highly.
Nicolle did an amazing job working with us being out of state. She made us her priority and helped us find a house that fit all of our needs and wants. We truly appreciate the dedication to finding us a home. We couldn?t have asked for a better realtor.
She's awesome been looking for a house for years that I could afford. My needs changed and she was on it. Changing her scope for the house I was looking for
