I was searching for housing with barely a week before my move, and Nicky and Julian showed me an apartment that was beautiful but not quite right for my situation. They said that they had another unit finishing renovations and not on the market, but they would see if it would be ready for my move in date. Nicky worked so hard to make sure we could make this apartment work, and I couldn’t be more grateful! It’s big, sunny, beautiful, in a great location, and very affordable. The landlord is kind and considerate, and Nicky did whatever she had to do to help our application succeed. In a housing market that can feel so impersonal and harsh, Nicky and Julian were truly a godsend. If I ever have to move again, Nicky and Julian are the first people I’d call, although the apartment they found for me is so great that I don’t plan to move for quite some time.
