Nicole was very helpful scheduling structural inspection, and the C.L 100 inspections. I kept us informed on what we needed to do paperwork wise. Also let me know what repairs I needed to make on the house after the inspection. Have free inspection done and repaired a lot before putting on market. Was a great experience
