From our first phone contact with Nicole Lacy at Corcoran NYC, she was smart, skilled, straightforward and always offered hope in our hunt for an apartment. After a few calls we knew she could be trusted with helping my wife and I relocate from Florida to NYC. Nicole was awesome and never stopped working with us, answering our calls, texts, emails- mornings, evenings, weekends- she was incredible! She helped us find a great apartment exactly where we wanted and we are so happy. If Nicole is Corcoran, then Corcoran is phenomenal! I would never hesitate to go to Nicole Lacy or to Corcoran again to help us with any future apartment hunting needs. Thanks, Nicole for everything!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nicole, and thanks to her, I secured a lease on my dream apartment in the Upper East Side! Nicole was exceptionally responsive, always available to answer questions and provide guidance, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She conducted a thorough initial meeting to understand my exact needs and budget, and all the apartments she showed me were outstanding options. Having worked with other brokers in the past, I can confidently say that Nicole has provided the best experience yet. Her dedication and commitment to her clients are truly remarkable. I've already started recommending her to friends, and I highly recommend Nicole to anyone seeking an exceptional real estate experience in New York City.
