Nicole helped us search for investment homes in Naples, Florida. She took time to meet with us to understand our goals and what we were looking for in North Naples, Florida. She shared her insights about communities we were considering which helped a lot. We highly recommend her if you're considering to list or buy a home.

Nicole was my agent for selling a condo that I flipped. She did an amazing job as she held open houses and was very responsive with any questions that I had. She was also very knowledgeable about the Naples area. Highly recommended.

This was the first time I had ever looked into buying property and Nicole completely blew me away. She went above and beyond with helping me find a home. Never thought buying a condo would be so easy but if you have Nicole Holsen on your side. you can't lose!!

Nicole was my agent for selling my condo. She held multiple open houses and marketed them very well. She had a lot of knowledge of rules and laws when assisting with closing. Nicole also had a tremendous amount of knowledge of the Naples area. I would highly recommend her.

Nicole did a nice job presenting the home we bought from her in Naples. She was very attentive to our needs and handled more than she had to. We will use her again!

Nicole helped in April 2019 find our condo in Estero. We live in Massachusetts and we started our search by giving her our wishlist. Our list was pretty extensive including our desire to be on a golf course without a large initial fee to join. She sent us several listings to look over as well as  looking in to the listings we found. Nicole was very patient with us and quickly responded to our questions and sending us new listings. When we came down to look at places, we were on a mission and didn't have a lot if time. Day one she showed us several homes, taking note of what we did and dud not like about them. Day two, the first place she showed us, we fell in love. We saw a couple other places that day, and then asked to return to the first place. We decided it was the one for us. We put in as n offer and it was accepted. We are spending the winter in Estero and love our new place. Thank you Nicole!
