Nicole Eso did an amazing job helping us find the perfect home in the Hickory area. As we planned our relocation for NJ, Nicole was there every step of the way. As a former ‘northerner’, she understood our needs and concerns. Her patience and knowledge helped to reassure us of our choice. We would highly recommend Nicole for any home seekers.

Nicole was a tremendous resource during our lake property search. She answered all of our questions and guided through the buying process despite the fact that we were purchasing property while being out of the state. We would definitely contact Nicole again for any real estate needs that we have in the future.

Working with Nicole was a fantastic experience. We visited 20+ lots, some at odd times and at spur of the moment requests. Nicole was always quick to respond, made an effort to be available, and worked with us to find times that accommodated both our schedules. Nicole and her team were quick to send over responses to our questions and provide us with contacts for contractors, city, and HOA officials. Communication was key to the entire process. I would highly recommend our friends and family to Nicole & Grey Beard and plan to work with them again in the future.

Having never sold a home before, we had no idea what to expect. Nicole was great, answered all of our questions and walked us through the process. Once we vacated the house, she cared for our home and checked on it until it sold. We were very pleased and would recommend her to potential buyers/sellers.
