My property was tougher to sell than most other properties in Alleg. County because of the lack of water & sewage hookups available at the property. I started with Nicole Chirdon, then after she left, I contracted with Nicki Baldini. Both did a good job of trying to market my property & ensuring that associated paperwork was completed correctly. I was previously acquainted with Nicki Baldini because we had both worked at Brasher LP in the Blawknox RIDC park. This was good for us both because we already were familiar to each other & have a decent rapport. She kept me informed of progress with potential buyers, their issues & what I could do to alleviate their concerns. Eventually an abutting neighbor ended up being the buyer of the property. Unfortunately, I sold to proerty for a loss but I was no longer interested in owning it & paying the yearly taxes on a property that could not be built upon without a large expenditure to get water & sewage hookups.
Yes, I would recommend the company & Nicki along with the entire office staff for treating me professionally & meeting my concerns along with an eventual contract & the sale of my property.
