Nick was excellent. My daughter is allergic to mold and in the Ohio Valley, mold is very prevalent in homes. Nick quickly became an expert on mold. He had already had an outstanding knowledge of structural issues and could recognize those immediately. From there he would inform me of the relative cost to remediate the issue. Given the aggressive market with low inventory and the propensity of homes to have mold issues here in Cincinnati, we looked at a lot of homes. He was patient the whole time and would give me honest feedback on each property. His feedback was critical and extremely valuable. He is very much an advocate for who he represents. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
