Nick is a great, experienced real estate agent. He is congenial,very upbeat, and detail oriented. His plan for selling my house was extraordinary and the accepted contract was for ten thousand dollars more than the asking price. Several offers came in and Nick knowledgeably discussed all of the pros and cons of each offer before I made the selection. The actual closing took longer than anticipated--but that had to do with the buyer's record keeping--not with the contract or actual sale process. Nick kept me updated and the process moving forward. Although I never plan to move again!!!!!!--if I should have to do that, I would certainly call on Nick to take care of the sale. Pamela Prestigiacomo
