Nichole is hands down the best realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. My Step mother's house was stuck in the seventies and needed rehab. Nichole help me find painters, contractors, hard wood floors, electrical, termite damage and finely the stagers. I was so thankful because I live an hour away and was not familiar with the area. Nicole is an expert real-estate agent, especially in the Floral and Morrison Park neighborhoods in Santa Ana. Using her knowledge of the market allowed us to get an offer well in excess of our original valuation. Nicole was on time for meetings, quick to respond to questions and reminded us about Docusign documents we needed to respond to. My wife and I have known Nicole for over 20 years. If we needed to sell another home, we would use her again.

Nichole is is ultimate professional and so good at what she does! Her experience shows in everything she does. She goes above and beyond.
