He is an experienced, growth focused individual with a successful and endorsed history of building and leading. Nic is known as a resourceful problem solver with refined decision-making analysis and relationship building skills. Listening to what his customers are trying to accomplish, sharing the vision, making a plan to make the vision a reality and executing the plan is the simple guideline he follows. After vacationing in Naples and Marco Island on a regular basis, Nic, his wife Heather and their two children moved to Southwest Florida permanently after a particularly brutal and seemingly never-ending blizzard season in the greater Boston area. Nic enjoys movies, music, working out, most outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family.
