We recently moved to SC from NH and were fortunate to be connected with Neil.
# 1. Neil introduced himself to us while we were still in NH and making plans to visit SC to research towns and properties. He inquired around our goals (i.e. budget, square footage, etc.) and what was important to us (i.e. being near Greenville, neighborhood, hiking trails, etc.). Shortly thereafter he provided a list of roughly 10 properties to consider.
# 2. Upon arriving in SC, Neil had created an itinerary and scheduled showings for each of the properties. This allowed us to visit several homes in only a few short hours and made the process very easy. Though it was a Sunday, Neil accompanied us for each showing and provided feedback around pro's and con's, items to consider, and identified a number of items that we had overlooked (both good and bad).
# 3. Neil remained flexible as we threw several curveballs at him. One curveball in particular was accelerating our start time the following day (Monday) to visit a few additional homes. We called Neil at the last minute and he was with us without skipping a beat.
# 4. Because we had to be back in NH, Neil helped us with arranging the home inspection and attended the inspection on our behalf. The inspector he chose was extremely thorough and did a fantastic job. We cannot thank Neil enough for this as the inspector provided a detailed report with photos, links to learn more, etc.
We really did rely on Neil and likely asked him to do more than a normal client would ask. Neil was awesome and we cannot provide a more heartfelt "Thank You" as we could have never done what we did without his help.
