Nate was very responsive to our needs. He worked with the buyer's agent and got us the best price we could expect. He also help us find other professionals to complete the sale. As we received contracts, Nate worked up a summary of the details so they were much easier to understand. He arranged to supply us with an early version of the settlement sheet and reviewed its details. I would strongly recommend Nate to be your agent.
