Natasha is an amazing agent. Fantastic, totally professional, and went way above and beyond any reasonable expectations. This was my first experience selling a house and it was complex due to some specifics of the property, the fluctuating real estate market at the time (it had rapidly cooled off from the COVID-era frenzy), and my own difficulties dealing with the illness and death of a parent during the process. Aside from professionally assessing the property's value, she was a trusted source of information and comfort during the process. She also made solid, pragmatic recommendations of what upgrades to (and NOT to make) to increase the chances of sale at the best price. (Those recommendations were correct and I would've sold faster and possibly for more had I done them immediately.) She also made some expert referrals for contractors from her own contacts and the database at the office. All of them were good. Additionally, she's one of the most honest, ethical people I've ever met. I fear this sounds like hyperbole, but she really did make a huge difference and I can't sy enough good things about her.
