Natasha Coleman is the best Realtor that I’ve ever worked with. This sale was a “remote” process for me as I live in the SF Bay Area. The mobile home had been purchased for an extended family member who was no longer able to live there. Needless to say it was not well kept. Natasha was able to coordinate the contractors and purchase of items that needed to be replaced. She was able to advise me regarding the listing and navigate the paperwork necessary for the sale.
