For the duration of our business relationship, I have repeatedly asked for paper statements and notifications of any pertinent information. To this day, I don't receive any paper communication and am only informed of price changes through the deductions on my monthly statements. I would appreciate receiving notification and statements as a hard copy, instead of by email.
