Why? If you don't want a realtor who will help you to have a smooth transaction, don't hire her. You will be showered with lots of love and care even after the closing. If you don't want a realtor who will be available 24/7 to respond for any of your random questions, don't hire her. You will be so amazed as to how she can managed her time being a mom and a realtor agent. Kidding aside, Natasha has been a great help to us as first time home buyers. The transaction was so smooth that we didn't have any stress moving in. You will not only gain a great agent, but also a long time trusted friend! :)
