My wife and I just bought our first home under Natalie's guidance and have no regrets with choosing to work with Natalie. In fact, I do not think 5 starts is enough when it comes to her a rating. Give her 6 stars. As you can imagine, with the purchase of any home comes worries and concerns, especially when this home is your first. Natalie intentionally built a relationship from the start that put my wife and I at a level of comfort and ease that allowed us to be honest with her on what we needed vs. wanted in a home. Natalie then made it her mission to support us in that. Natalie understood the dynamics of both my wife's and I personalities and was able to relate to both. As a mom herself, Natalie knew exactly what my wife would be looking for if we wanted to start a family in this new home. However, professionally, she also understood and related to the penny-pinching, budget owning personality that I have. More then just relational skills, Natalie's dedication to professionalism was awesome. She frequently went above and beyond her job description to protect her buyers (my wife and I) from making a poor investment. She put in the extra hours and phone calls needed with trustworthy contacts of other trades to ensure that we would be happy with our purchase, not only now, but years from now.
