As a mom whose first child was investing in his first condo, I wanted to be there when he found "the perfect home". I will never forget meeting Natalie for the first time. I was impressed with the amount of knowledge she has for the local Charlotte, NC market as well as for what to look for when visiting a listing. She taught my son what to check at each location; what was important, and what could be easily fixed. No question was too hard or "beneath" her. She was self-less in not being hesitant to dissuade him from a condo that might end up being a bad investment. She walked him through his first offer, and encouraged him to keep going when it was not accepted. When he did find "the one" (the second jackpot), she again helped him with the wording on the offer so that his best interests were secured. She arranged for and attended the inspections and counseled my son on the findings. She met us for the closing, and has suggested trusted contractors to make the repairs and improvements. I would recommend Natalie to anyone looking for a home in the Charlotte, NC area.
