Charlie and Nancy are the absolute best! They have been so kind and generous with their time from the very beginning of the home purchasing process. It was wonderful to work with Nancy and Charlie Zylstra. My wife and I were not familiar with the Lake Norman area. We had visited a couple of times and knew we wanted to be there but didn’t know much about the different parts of the lake. They were incredibly knowledgeable as they themselves lived in the area. They accommodated our schedule and were always available to support us from start to finish. It was a pleasure working with both of them and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an agent/advisor in the Lake Norman region.

It was a stressful time for my family and me, Nancy really stepped up and did her best to support the house search, describe the area and guide us in which area to focus. We will always be grateful to her for her kindness and professionalism. Thanks Nancy! From the Lansings.

Nancy was a perfect realtor for our son and daughter-in-law because she has children the same age and can "speak the language." She was accessible and responsive - even on her birthday! All went so smoothly. We highly recommend Nancy - she made the house-hunt fun!
