Nancy was AMAZING! I feel like she went above and beyond in helping us sell our house. We had already moved to Texas from KC so the house was vacant which made it easy for the painters, carpet installation, window cleaning, etc. to be completed but she made herself available to let people in as needed. She also got a few estimates for required repairs (new roof and window repair, plumber) which made it much easier for me to keep the ball rolling. There was also a bad storm with below freezing temperatures and she ensured all the faucets were dripping and the cabinet doors opened to keep things from freezing. She also tidied things up for showings and swept the floors so the place would be spotless. She communicated the status of the different stages of documents signings and always asked if it was a convenient time for phone calls which was appreciated. I would highly recommend her as a realtor to anyone in the Kansas City and surrounding areas!!!
