"I have known Everett for many years. He continues to amaze me. We have worked together professionally and I also call him a friend. After all of his years helping people, going beyond helping them buy and sell  homes...it remains clear to me he doesn't think of the money, he always has his clients best interests at heart. Get to know him...he has a huge, giving heart!"

I have had the opportunity to work with Renee for several years now. You should know that she is truly a 'giver'. In fact, her office voted her 'Team Player of the Year'. That is quite an honor coming from her peers. She is a remarkable person!

"I have been fortunate to work with Nancy Roettger, our Broker in Charge of the Carolina One Real Estate Downtown and Isle of Palms offices. I would never had made it through the recession if it hadn't been for her creative ways to boost both my business and my self-esteem. She always made time for a visit and encouraged me to do better. Nancy shines as both a mentor to her agents and as a professional and skilled negotiator.Carolina One has gold with this wonderful Broker supporting the agents in two of their finest offices. I am grateful to be on Nancy's team."

"The interview process is a two way street. Come prepared to ask questions of the Broker in Charge. If you have no questions you may be in the wrong place. Nancy welcomes and encourages being interviewed. This is one of the many reasons I was so persistent and insistent in joining the Broad Street office under her leadership."

"Upon graduating from real estate school, my mentor in Atlanta, who has been in the business for many years, strongly encouraged me to interview with several agencies around town.  I am SO HAPPY I did.  Not only is Nancy the epitome of good people, she knows this business like no other.  Her communications skills and eagerness to teach new and experienced agents the fundamentals of this business are why I am here.  Not to mention, the agents in this ofice are so kid, generous and very helpful-making this an amazing office to be part of." ~Lauren Chandler
