Nancy Pedicord is the best Real Estate Broker I have ever met. It has been a pleasure knowing and working with her as my agent in Pompano Beach.

Nancy made our first time buying a home super easy! She was very flexible with all of the houses we wanted to see. Will be using her again if we decide to move!

I personally have managed residential Real Estate Brokerages for 20+ years. In my own career I oversaw hundreds of agents and thousands of transactions. Nancy is the BEST of the best! Nancy's many years of experience and professional approach to business were the driving force behind our sales transaction that had a few unexpected bumps along the way...as real estate transfers often do. Nancy is a great communicator, very articulate, very knowledgable and she is simply a pleasure to work with. Nancy went WAY beyond the call of duty to make sure both her sellers-and her buyers were well informed and feeling comfortable. Thank You so much Nancy. You are the QUEEN!

Nancy is such a professional. She helped us in many unexpected ways. She was able to get us an excellent appliance repair pro the day before the walk through.

Nancy is the Best ever! She goes above and beyond your needs. I’ve been working with her since 2017. She is a genuine nice person who does the best for you. Very honest and professional.

Hi Nancy I don't know if everybody is as efficient as you are ...but I know that you really are a plus for Balistreri Realty .God Bless Jo xo

I want to once again thank you for everything you have done for me. If everyone in the world was like you, there would be world peace.
