As someone relocating to the area from another country, Nanci was excellent in guiding us through the process and providing us all resources and helpful information she could in order to ease the transition. In our time with her, Nanci help us negotiate an unusual lease-purchase agreement as well as a standard house purchase. Our requests were not always conventional, especially with the lease-purchase agreement, but Nanci handled it well and worked with us. Nanci responded quickly and efficiently, even when we communicated with her in the late hours of the night. She was responsive on all forms of communication and was excellent at record keeping changes and developments in our situation. Nanci was familiar with the area and was able to provide us with information about schools, comps, and fair negotiations. I feel that Nanci had our best interest in mind and that she enjoyed working with us as clients. She made us feel important and was very understanding to our knowledge gaps as immigrants to the country. I would recommend Nanci and Crye-Leike to future home buyers. I love our new home and don't plan on moving again, but if I ever did, I would call Nanci Williams.
