She showed me this cute condo on Thanksgiving day and helped me won it before other agents even showed the home. Madeline was phenomenal! I can't imagine going through the process of buying a house without her. This review is mainly for Nakul as a seller's agent. We sold our home back in 2015 and Nakul was our agent then. We first engaged with Nakul in 2014, after our attempt at selling the home didn't go through. We found Nakul's name via the numerous open house signs he put for an open house in our area. I was impressed with his marketing skills. After our first meeting with Nakul, where he was very excited to work with us but in no rush (in fact he didn't even push us!!) to have the home on the market, we didn't meet with him again till a year later. In 2015, we were ready to sell the home and Nakul immediately got into action working his magic. Unlike our previous agent (who had said our house is good as is), Nakul suggested many simple but effective upgrades (Ex: painting the house with neutral colors, removing popcorn ceiling, getting wood chips in the garden etc.). Nakul also brought his own contractors to help get things rolling. Once the upgrade was done in one week, the next week he brought a photographer who took magically awesome photos of our home (compare this against our previous agent who asked me to take pictures!!). Nakul then worked with his social media team and got our home advertised on multiple social media sites and he also did a print and email blast of the open house. That same weekend, our home was listed. From what our neighbors told us, both days there were more than 100 people who visited the home!! Nakul told us that he could have sold tickets ;-) We got 14 offers including 3 offers which got into a bidding upgrade. Our home eventually went for 15% above asking price. Nakul is a fantastic motivated realtor with a very customer friendly polite yet cheerful demeanor. I would definitely recommend him highly for your next sale.
