Myranda was great! She was on top of getting us the info we needed, even though the listing agent wasn't very communicative, and she presented it in a way we could process easily. The interface between sellers and us was made pretty easy with all of the concessions we were requesting. We will definitely be using her for our future real estate needs!
Myranda assisted me several years ago in purchasing my first home. After getting married this year, Myranda helped us sell that home. The process was extremely smooth and the home sold in 5 days. After my husband and I stumbled onto another property we were unexpectedly interested in, Myranda was able to get us a showing a few hours later and we had an offer accepted that same week. Now she’s helping us sell our current home and came out before we were ready to sell to help us figure out what needs to be spruced up and what can be left for the next family. She even sent someone out to take summer photos of our gardens so that when we are ready to sell late fall, we have outside photos we can highlight later. I appreciate that she always seems to be thinking ahead and is very communicative with us, even if other parties realtor’s are less responsive. I never thought I’d do this much buying and selling in such a short time, but Myranda has made the whole process easy.
