Mrs. Summers has exceeded my expectations regarding the sale of my property! She was professional, assertive and committed to getting me the best deal possible. I should add, the first contract on the property was unsuccessful as they tried to get me to reduce the price from $189,900 to $162,000 and I almost took the deal, but Mykish understood the comps for the area, and the lack of inventory for duplex properties and strongly supported putting it back on the market. The final offer and sale was $181,900. I am so glad I trusted her advice. I cannot believe she has not been a realtor for many many years. What an asset to your team!

Mykish was awesome! She is the "House Buyer Whisperer". As a buyer the process could at times be frustrating. I see a property and before I could, it's pending status OR I see it and discuss specifics of an offer, and. . .yes, already pending uggh!! Often, I told Mykish " I quit", and she calmy would reply, "for today love". And I would agree and try again. She educated me throughout the process and I ALWAYS believe she had my best interest at heart! Huff needs more Mykishes on their team. I will be sending anyone I know who needs a realtor to Mykish!
