Muriel was the most diligent real estate agent we have ever engaged. We met her when we tried to buy a property as a rental. She diligently combed through the home owners association statutes and subsequently suggested that the property did not provide the opportunity we had hoped, loosing out on the sale. Instead of pushing the sale she showed us the way to step back from the investment without loosing the money for inspections.
Almost a year later we called her to be on the lookout for another specific type of property, which happened to just be listed a few days before my call. We fell in love and proceeded to secure the sale. During the inspection time she unearthed that a structure on the property had no permit.
On a third property we worked on with her she found a significant flooding problem and again saved us from spending a lot of money on a property that has little value.
