Mourad helped us find a perfect home in a very timeline manner, he was extremely professional and I would definitely refer him to others in the future.

Thank you for your business

I found the basement apartment I liked and worked with Mourad to secure the 9 month lease. He was helpful, available and always pleasant. Pleasure to work with. Glenn

My son and I are extremely fortunate to have had Mourad as an agent! I had previously emailed Century regarding apartments and was sent an email response from the office that they would be unable to help given the requested price range. We started our search on our own but a few weeks later, Mourad found us! So glad, because we would have been completely lost in the process. He reached out via email, asking if we were still looking and said he could help. He was friendly, caring, professional and flexible in making sure we could find a place that would match. We always looked forward to speaking with him. He was ever the optimist (not easy since we are from the US so our situation was sometimes harder to navigate through) and he was incredibly knowledgeable on the market and locations. Wish he lived near us!
