Morgan was quick to draw up contracts in a tough market where houses where literally flying off the shelves! After looking at numerous homes and making over a dozen offers I was ready to give up! Morgan is a true professional. We had difficulties with the sellers and their agent throughout the buying process. Morgan helped us through those difficulties the best she could. I saw her interact with the other agent in a difficult closing. She didn’t loose her cool, spoke professionally to the other person, and was to the point on what we had asked been asking for, and didn’t get what we agreed upon with the sellers.

Morgan did an excellent job negotiating the contract and assisting with the closing on a situation where the sellers and sealing agent were manipulative and difficult to deal with. Morgan did a great job of buffering us from much of the drama, and ensured that we were being treated fairly.

Morgan was fantastic during the entire process and it was appreciated that she was attentive and caring during my life changing event. I am happy with my choice of purchase.

Morgan has gone out of her way to help us on getting the house ready for the market. She has been extremely helpful on everything to us sell the in-law home for us. If a time comes for me to sell my house I would definitely have Morgan for my agent.
