Monica goes above and beyond! She is thorough and one of the most conscientious realtors that we have had the pleasure of working with. We have bought and sold many properties, however we have never had anyone until Monica take the time and effort to make sure all goes as planned. Being in business for over 30 years we understand the importance of having people work for you that care. What an asset to John R Wood Properties!!!

I was very pleased with the agent follow up, negotiation with seller and response to all my questions.

We had a wonderful experience working with Monica. She made us feel very comfortable. She's very knowledgeable of the area , particular homes as far as floor plans , styles and builders. And my past experience, Monica went above and beyond as far as doing our final, She replaced batteries that were so that we would have wonderful homecoming for the first time in our new home.

Monica George was an amazing agent from beginning to the end of the sale of our home. She was even more important purchasing our new home in Wildblue. I would recommend Monica to anyone I know looking to sell or purchase a new home. Joanne Shaffer
