Every step of the way Mirrah is professional, thoughtful and works beyond the scope of an agent. She listened to our needs as we began the search process for our forever home in Wilmington. Mirrah’s knowledge of the area was essential when we needed many vendors for the inspection and repairs. We will always refer her to our family and friends.

We had an outstanding experience working with Mirah Davy to sell our home. From the initial consultation through closing, Mirah was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. She provided excellent guidance on pricing, marketing, and preparing the home for sale, and her expertise helped us achieve a successful outcome. Throughout the process, she kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer questions and provide thoughtful advice. What stood out most was Mirah’s dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to making the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Selling a home can be overwhelming, but we felt confident knowing we had Mirah representing us. We highly recommend Mirah to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine care for her clients make her an exceptional realtor.

Amazing!! Mirrah was the best. She made the entire process so smooth and was unbelievably patient every step of the way. Seriously couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help navigate such a huge milestone. Really excited to see what this home becomes, and so grateful for everything you’ve done throughout this process.

We are beyond thankful to Mirrah for helping us find our new home! From day one of our house hunt, she was such a pleasure to work with. She's punctual, organized, and, above all, so kind. In our aspirations to buy a home that we could make our own, Mirrah navigated the steps professionally and discerningly while maintaining a positive outlook, even when unexpected elements arose. She had a deep knowledge and understanding of all facets of the process that we leaned on continually. We will absolutely use Mirrah if/when we buy a new home in the future!

Mirrah has helped us buy 2 houses in the last few years, she's very knowledgeable and has always gone above and beyond to find information, get services scheduled, and provide valuable local historical knowledge. She has helped several members of my family also buy homes and gives the same level of commitment to everyone she works with. Cannot recommend her enough, if you're buying or selling a home you want to work with Mirrah
