I met Mirna with my spouse at an open house in Irving, TX for which she had a listing a few years ago. She was very kind and pleasant. She didn't use any high-pressure tactics when showing the home or discussing the property. I really appreciate that she hosted the open house for her listed property herself (yes, herself!) and seemed to be well aware of the home's features, possible issues, and history (which has not been my experience when the listing Realtor does not host the open house themselves). She also immediately asked us for feedback when we left (to improve or adjust the listing details and/or price I expect), which was great. I'm sure Mirna wanted to make sure she represented the seller with utmost integrity and gathered the feedback so that she could sell the house ASAP. I could tell she was working hard for the seller. Since that time, I've received Mirna's occasional email updates, which I always look forward to getting. While I haven't listed my home with Mirna or used her services to purchase a home yet (fingers crossed we find our dream house soon), she will be my first choice should I choose to buy a home in the Flower Mound/Irving/Las Colinas area.
