Mikki was good to work with . Knew what the market was and how to market the house .

Very good to work with. Worked fast to get everything done and explained any questions we had along the way. Would definitely use again.

Mikki Plaskett was fantastic to work with on our relocation. She was exceedingly helpful and attentive to our needs, in an incredibly timely manner. Fantastic experience! Thank you so much Mikki!

Mikki Plaskett sold me my new home and helped sell my former home. She is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. It had been 12 years since selling and buying and a lot has changed in those years. Mikki made the experience very low stress. I have and will continue to recommend her to friends and family in need of a great realtor.

Mikki helped us buy a house in the extremely competitive, quick moving market in 2021. Her knowledge and professionalism gave us an edge over other buyers.  We turned to MIkki again two years later to sell, and, again, she made the process so easy in a market that was very different from the previous. We closed on the sale 28 days after listing the house, and she once again made the process so easy for us. I would definitely recommend Mikki to help with your real estate needs!

Mikki is amazing at what she does! Pays attention to every little detail from beginning to end! Highly recommended and would use her over and over again!

Chris and I want to thank you for absolutely everything. We went the full range of house hunting. From bad shape small houses with lots of land, to strange houses in tight neighborhoods, to large nice houses in neighborhoods, to our dream home. A very nice house, (large nice house) with 5+ acres, a perfect outbuilding, large pool for the kids, with a walk-in closet. Our original quest was fulfilled. Though we had several "this will probably do's". You hung in there with us to find us the perfect match. I still can't believe how willing you were to drop everything and go look at a house an hour away. I would not expect that of anyone. Yet there you were smiling and ready to show it to me. Pointing out what I would like, what Chris would like, what we really would not like, and the constant reassurance you would find us a house we would love. (really knowing what Chris needed even though she couldn't be there to see them, was such a blessing).

We are completely moved into our new home now and you have found every item on our wish list! We thank so much for all the patience you had with us during our search and the due diligence you displayed in finding our new home. There's no one better than you! Thank you and we wish you the very best.

Mikki helped me and my wife find houses for both us and her parents. In both cases she was very good at taking our requirements and finding houses that were perfect for us. She offered great advice and help from the first time we met and it continued even after we had closed.

As first-time home sellers, we were incredibly grateful and fortunate to have Mikki work with us to sell our beloved home in Lee's Summit. She was as professional as we could've wished, and extremely knowledgeable about market conditions and pricing, which led to our house being sold as quickly as possible. Whenever we had questions or concerns, Mikki was quick to help to the best of her ability. Even after we had already moved out of the home, Mikki generously took care of our empty house and was there daily. Best of all, her graciousness and kindness have found her not only two thankful clients, but two new, lasting friends.
