Mikki is awesome! She genuinely cares about your home and applies her vast real estate experience and knowledge to make sure you get the highest sales price possible. She advises wisely on any updates necessary while making sure you are getting the most for your dollars spent. I was moving from the area during this process and there were several updates that needed to be done but I couldn’t schedule since I was out of town that Mikki, without asking, made sure were scheduled and completed. Which meant that she had to make sure that someone, usually her, was there to oversee the project. If you are selling your house, especially in the Winterset area, and are looking for a professional realtor, that will make sure the process goes smoothly and that will get you the most value for your property, you will not be disappointed with Mikki Armstrong, I can not recommend her highly enough!
