There is really no way to describe how invaluable Mike has been in every way. To support us and help us achieve as high productivity as we can. To make sure we are happy here. To take an interest even in our personal lives. He covers all the bases. His office door and phone line is always open. It would take way too long to describe what he's meant to me as an agent AND human being. He's simply the best manager I could ever hope to work under.
