We are writing to express our appreciation for the assistance we received from Mike and Eileen Prisco. We met them in June 2012 and they were very helpful in showing us a number of housing units in Sarasota, a city we planned to move to upon retirement. They were very helpful in showing us places, but also in helping us to develop realistic expectations about what was available in our price range. We kept in touch with them for the next few months. We returned to Florida in November and once again they took us to a number of condo units. They had done considerable research in terms of what they felt would work for us. We were able to find a condo in Palm Ayre that we decided to purchase. Because we live in Maine, we needed considerable assistance in financial and house inspections arrangements. Mike and Eileen were extremely helpful in facilitating the process. We returned in December 2013 and completed the purchase of our new home. We cannot adequately express our appreciation for all their efforts. They were always available to answer our questions and promptly returned all our phone calls. We were very relieved that they were available to guide us through the closing process. We had not been involved in the real estate process for thirty years and so much has changed. They did an excellent job in helping us define what we were looking for, arranging for extensive visits to housing units, and for their knowledge and competence in real estate transactions in Florida. As a result of their efforts, we were able to find the kind of condo we wanted and to complete the closing process smoothly. When complications developed, Mike and Eileen helped us resolve the issues. They were personally reassuring when we became anxious about some of the issues. They did a terrific job. We would highly recommend them to others seeking housing in Sarasota. We look forward to moving to Sarasota later this year.
