Mike was great at helping us find a home. He was always very responsive and was willing to take extra time to talk with me and answer the many questions we had as first time homebuyers. Mike also showed how well he knew about the many areas and potential work we would need to put in for houses we were looking into, and it was extremely helpful in us deciding on our new home. Mike was willing to meet us to tour a house fast, especially in a market with some quick turnovers. Overall, finding the right home was a great experience and a major component of that was working with a very helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative agent.

We enjoyed working with Mike very much. He was always responsive and kept us informed of the status of the selling process. He has a positive and energetic attitude and his enthusiasm is contagious.

Mike went above and beyond from the start of the listing process through the sale of our property. He communicated regularly with clarity and purpose. He helped move furniture and replaced a light fixture to give the unit more curb appeal. He remained in good spirits and very supportive even when I felt frustrated that the process was dragging on without success. We could not have asked for a better partner to help sell our property.

Mike Kerrigan is a terrific agent - very knowledgeable, easy to work with , and willing to go "above and beyond" to help his client get ready to list their property. I appreciate the calm and very friendly/approachable and professional manner he maintained, as things naturally got a bit stressful for me as the seller. Resources given for a mortgage broker and attorney were terrific.

Mike was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the current market conditions. He was able to guide us through the process, and was always ready with recommendations, whether it was related to our transaction or just some of the best local spots to grab a bite. We were under very tight timelines for a relocation purchase, and Mike devoted his time to making sure we were able to see every house that we were interested in. In the end, we were able to purchase a great house in a great neighborhood at a great price thanks to Mike's expertise. Couldn't recommend him more strongly.

I worked with Mike when he was assigned as my buyer's agent by my relocation company when I moved to Illinois in 2014. I was very pleased with Mike's services then. Through the years that I lived in my condo, he was always keeping in touch by sending anniversary cards and flyers about home tips and local events. When it was time for me to sell my condo in 2019, I recommended to my relocation company that Mike be considered as my seller's agent. Timing is key in selling and Mike was fully mindful of that. He did not waste any time and quickly contacted me to get the process going. Right from the initial consultation meeting, Mike came prepared with comprehensive market analyses of comparable inventory units, recent sales, and recommended listing price and projected sold price for my unit. As a scientist who makes decision based on data, I particularly appreciated that. Whereas some other agents dazzled with promise of glitzy marketing plans, Mike just delivered tried and tested approaches as founded by his knowledge of the area, vast network in the realtor community, as powered by new technologies at Baird & Warner. The photos his photographer took looked incredible that resulted in numerous viewing requests and four offers in total. Mike expertly navigated the process of negotiating the sale price and advised me through the rest of the selling process. In the end, I sold my condo at the price Mike projected as my final sale price! Talk about expert knowledge!! I am very satisfied working with Mike and I highly recommend his services and Baird & Warner. In fact, I did refer Mike to a neighbor of mine who was also planning to sell her condo. I am sure Mike will also do a good job selling that place. Thank you very much Mike, you made my buying in 2014 and selling in 2019 experience less stressful than what it could have been otherwise.

Mike Kerrigan is a superb agent. He communicates well and frequently. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very, very helpful. When something needs to be done, he is always there to assist. He sold our house in 4 days. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone!!

Mike Kerrigan is the best of the best. He is very personable and kind, and maintains great communication and contact throughout the home buying process. He is very knowledgeable of the area and helped me purchase my dream home. Thank you Mike!

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was thorough, considerate and efficient. We never expected to have tenants ready to go at the beginning of the year as it is traditionally a slow time to identify renters/ buyers. However, it happened and we couldn't be more pleased.

So far the best real estate agent who work for us.
