Mike is personable and had several things in common with me and my wife. He gave us good, but not too much advice on getting our home ready for sale. I am the type of person who wants to go above and beyond the necessities and Mike figured that out right away and let me have at it. He handled my ups and downs in what was a long process and new when I needed to be talked off the ledge. It was a pleasure having Mike as our agent and would recommend him for anyone looking for a quality realtor.

I have known Mike for over a decade. His ability to connect with people – to understand their concerns and priorities, to communicate information, to listen – is what differentiates Mike from other real estate professionals. Combined with his industry knowledge and passion for the communities he lives in and serves, Mike is a surefire choice for your next real estate adventure. I can’t recommend him enough!

Mike is a friendly and professional agent with an admirable work ethic. He is an effective communicator, and sympathetic to his clients’ concerns and questions. Mike will go above and beyond to ensure his clients are satisfied. He is considerate and kind, and I refer everyone I know to him.

Mike was very responsive and proactive when we went through the process of buying the property. And he always finds way to make things easy and with a smile. Highly recommended if you’re buying or selling a property or land.

Mike demonstrated thoughtful communications and proactive persistence in selling a difficult property during a challenging market downturn. Our initial pricing was too high for a quick sale, but aggressive re-pricing was embraced by all parties to realign expectations with market conditions to ultimately exit the property satisfied with the outcome. Thanks Mike!
