Mike was incredible from the first day we started working with him until the very end! He was so professional and thorough. He made sure he communicated everything with us, and was always a phone call away if we had any questions. He was continuously patient with us and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for in a house! We could have never asked for anything more during this buying process! I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone. My husband and I were going through an FHA assumption and whenever we had questions or needed help Mike was there to assist. Mike was always available when we needed to talk, even late at night when my husband and I had questions about paperwork , etc. Mike brings expertise and valuable insight to the table. So far I'm thrilled with Mike Carpel as a realtor. He's answered every question and is honest when it's "beyond his bio" as in about income taxes after sale. Between he and his partner, Ryan Lancaster, who is very quick with estimates and timing of sale, and their dashing red,Long and Foster t-shirts, I feel like we have a real-life Property Brothers-- East Coast tv show right here. There were so many misrepresentations by the realtor who sold me the house, that it is trust a pleasure to finally be dealing with this with Mike et. al. We've renovated the house completely and I wouldn't give it up now except for the strains of advancing years, and Mike is even really understanding and compassionate about that and my archaic lack of abilities doing things on line. Today we closed on our very first home, and we couldn’t have done it without Mike. From the first home tour, Mike went above and beyond to make the process smooth and clear. He walked us through every step, answered every question and took care of every complication that arose so that we didn’t even have to think about it. His professional recommendations, from lender to inspector to carpet cleaner, were stellar.Mike’s communication with us was amazing (I can’t tell you how wonderful it was to have someone willing to communicate over text instead of constant phone calls). He wasn’t even annoyed with my anxiety or nagging!
