There’s far too much to unpack in a short review, but once again, Michael Cassidy delivered. This is my second home purchase with Carolina One and my good friend and outstanding Realtor, Mike Cassidy. From day one, Mike took the ball and ran with it, working tirelessly to help my wife and me secure the home we wanted. By today’s standards, this was a fairly modest purchase and certainly not one with a huge commission attached, but you would never have known that from the level of service Mike provided. He treated us as though we were making a major investment, giving us his full attention every step of the way. What impressed me most was his commitment. Even while vacationing in Mexico with his wife, Mike stayed connected through texts and emails to keep everything moving forward. He coordinated countless moving parts, communicated with all involved parties, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. To make things even more challenging, the property is in a rural area more than 50 miles away, but Mike never hesitated. He showed the same level of dedication and professionalism throughout the entire process. As stressful as buying a home can be, Mike made the experience feel seamless and well-managed from start to finish. Mike is definitely a full time Realtor and walk me through the whole process and negotiating with the buyers. In addition he had wise advice about how much communication to give new owners of my house. Just the right amount that is necessary both morally and legally. Another words don’t overwhelm them with too much information. He was timely and professional in giving me the negotiation information and what he said to other realtor. He always listen to what his clients tell him and gives you good advice about how realistic your expectations should be. I am glad I chose him as my realtor.
