Her knowledge of the St. Albert market appeared to be limited though. (She would be happy if my place sold in a month's time I was told. It sold within 36 hours.) 4. She did a great job in compiling the ad for my place. The photo's were also excellent and I couldn't have asked for more. 5. I wanted to sell some of my furniture together with my unit. She was not open to my idea to put stickers (including price) on the furniture that was for sale. Ultimately, I left a printout of what was available for any buyer that came to have a look. Thanks to that printout I was able to sell my excess furniture in addition to the buying offer (full price) for my unit that was accepted.
