The manufactured home/land buying process and the traditional prefab purchase process. She has been nothing short of INCREDIBLE. Even when our manufactured home process fell to pieces and we had to back out, she was so willing to work with us and help us find our dream home. Have you ever cried to a complete stranger over something they literally can’t change or fix?! Because I have. Michelle let me cry to her over every frustration I had, question I could come up with and concern I concocted from thin air. She did it all with respect, grace, professionalism and some humor thrown in. Michelle is so knowledgeable about home buying from so many different angles. She always has an answer and if she doesn’t, she’s going to make it her mission to ensure she gets one. She’s quick, organized and on top of everything. I felt so comfortable working with her that I couldn’t imagine having anyone else through this entire process. She brings such an ease to this process that I honestly wouldn’t have made it through without her. Michelle is the type of person you work with and you realize… she’s made for this profession. This is her bread and butter, this is what she was destined to do, and she truly is with you every step of the way. Even when I had to travel outside of the state and things were still going on that I couldn’t handle, she did. I had zero questions about what was going on, where we were in the process and what was going to happen next. I probably made her job extremely difficult and she never made that known. Michelle deserves every single sale she gets, she works extremely hard and there’s no doubt in my mind her success has no chance of slowing down. I will recommend Michelle to any and everyone that I can who is looking to buy or sell a home. Michelle is very professional, talented and one of the best in the field. Her skills are superb. Her communication skills are outstanding along with her follow up skills. She made sure I understood everything and never left me wondering what was going on. In my humble opinion she is the best if the best.
